Yeah, it's a day belated.
A shout out to babblers who are clearly unstable elements yet who seem to have lasted so long.
I recall being really impressed when I learned about the periodic table in high school chemistry. Suddenly, all these chaotic seeming substances (elements) could be grouped into categories with similar properties by ordering all the elements in order of atomic weight. BTW, chemists could measure the atomic weight of an element long before we knew anything about atoms directly. Avogadro's Number is magic.
Orderly and reasoned depictions of things really stroke my autism. When I was first presented with the periodic table of the elements, suddenly so much make sense. Sometimes I wish people just communicated in Venn Diagrams.
