Can you read? There was nothing in that early speculative post "blaming the US" (that comes later). Now, with more information, you automatically believe the US government claim that it supplied the Russian government with known intelligence of the impending attack. It is just that, a claim made by the US media/state. Operating from this US claim the media/state go on to blame Russia for ignoring the alleged warning.
Russia back in March 19 claimed that it received no direct US contact consisting of intelligence along the usual lines for communicating such security dangers. That would be one explanation for Putin claiming at the time the US was fear mongering; the US having issued the warning to its citizens but no details of this information to the Russian government along established lines. I don't know which story is true, but no doubt you automatically believe the US version.

I’m not the one who jumped the gun and reflexively accused the Ukraine and the U.S. without any strong proof. As it is many countries around the world are now saying the culprits were ISIS. I think with that evidence it’s fair to say ISIS was involved. This is why saying ISIS was involved is not jumping down the rabbit hole.

The Russian government for its part has suggested but not (yet) claimed outright that Ukraine was behind it. It claims the shooters were captured alive (without the usual ISIS martyrdom of fighting to death) in the Bryansk Region heading to Ukraine where they had unspecified "contacts".
While not denying the shooters were ISIS-K linked, Putin, predictably, is currently claiming Kiev may be involved.

The illogical western media argument says that if ISIS-K was involved, then Kiev government, or its factions, could not be--something absurd that does not follow any historical reality.
The US, for example, brought together jihadists (later Al Qaeda) from all over the Middle East into Afghanistan to bring down the Soviet-supported, largely secular Afghan government, and the Soviet Union, as the US advisor Brzezinski proudly boasted. The US has also regularly supported ISIS related groups in Syria to attack the Syrian government and its Russian allies.
