So after commenting about "stigma" and "property values" regarding a proposed group home for people with physical and mental disabilities in the southeastern Saskatchewan city of Weyburn, city council came back and "apologized" for those comments.
This is an outrage! Even the Saskatchewan Party and the local MLA denounced that decision by council. This apology is not enough! There needs to be accountability. It should be made clear that this was a horrible decision, and people should use every legal and ethical means necessary to get city council to change its mind!
Disgusting!
